Kenya

The United Methodist Church helps to support many outreach programs in Kenya.  Through the leadership of such individuals as John Calhoun, a missionary from the U.S., and Paul Matheri, a district superintendent and pastor in the United Methodist Church in Kenya, projects have been established and are being maintained to help those in need.  One project is the Naivasha Orphans Rescue Center.  Currently 20 school-age children receive food, clothing, and a place to sleep there.
