Caring for one another as we share life together

- Care Team Ministry – The heart of Caring Ministries is the Care Team Ministry. This ministry utilizes compassionate individuals who are gathered into Care Teams to serve those who have special needs such as providing transportation, preparing meals, making visits or phone calls, and sending cards.
- Hospital Visitors - Being in the hospital can be a difficult and distressing time. These trained lay visitors express the grace and comfort of Jesus Christ by visiting those who are in the hospital.
- Care Card Team – A team of compassionate people weekly send out cards to those who are ill, recovering from surgery, or grieving a loss.
- Bears That Care – Stuffed teddy bears are made by a Girl Scout troop which are placed in our worship areas so that they may be taken to give to someone in need, ailing, or going through a difficult time.
- Transportation Ministry – Bus transportation for Sunday mornings and other special services are provided by volunteer drivers for those living in nearby retirement communities.
- Neighbor to Neighbor Assistance – A network of people is available to check on vulnerable people during times of crisis such as hurricanes or flu epidemics.
