Reverend Jayne Rideout

Jayne Rideout has attended First United Methodist Church of Winter Park since her husband's appointment during the summer of 1999.  For the past several years she has worked as a layperson teaching Disciple Bible Study, facilitating in the Ministry of Mothers Sharing (MOMS) and teaching an adult Sunday School class.  During the fall of 2004 she was appointed to FUMC, Winter Park as the Minister of Discipleship after being commissioned for ordained ministry the previous June. 

Jayne received her BA from the University of Michigan, the Dearborn campus and her master of divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky.

In addition to her ministry, Jayne has two daughters, Natalie and Meredith, and is married to Rev. Gary Rideout.
