Lenten Studies
Praying for Friends and Enemies by Jane E. Vennard will be the basis for several studies listed below. The book deals with the questions What is intercession? What happens when we pray for others? How do I pray for my enemies? This book also gets at the key theological question of whether intercessory prayer is a matter of changing God’s will. These questions and others are examined within the context of everyday experiences. (Jane Vennard, will be with us for a prayer seminar on March 11 and 12.)

Dinner for 8
The purpose of Dinner for 8 is to build relationships within our community. Sharing a meal together is both easy and biblical. Just as Jesus ate with strangers who became friends, we follow his example as a way to strengthen our church family. Find out more about this ministry on the Dinner for 8 page.
